Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake

2 rolls chocolate chip cookie dough
3 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese (or neufchatel for less fat)
3 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Lightly grease bottom of 9X13 pan. Slice one roll of cookie dough and press into the bottom of pan. Beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Spread cream cheese mixture over cookie dough. Top with slices from remaining roll of cookie dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
